The townsfolk are the residents of the town. They are tertiary characters in songs, relegated to the background or a small supporting role, and they wouldn’t have it any other way. Simpler people from simpler times, they live for the home-cooked coziness and nostalgic values that only exist anymore in monochrome photographs.
Fun Facts:
- townsfolk are just as prone to mass organized violence as they are to drunken revelry, both of which they enjoy in measures.
- townsfolk always think and act as one unit. anyone who deviates or disagrees is promptly kicked out of town, thereby rescinding their townsfolk status.
- in addition to thinking and acting in perfect lockstep, the townsfolk can be kind and loving, or cruel and indifferent, changing at the drop of a hat.
- they may gripe about him, but they actually love the Mayor. His strict and imposing laws make them feel safe, and their chains lay lightly upon their shoulders.
